Our shops are situated on two of the main roads into the City of York with ample parking at both. Once inside our quaint shop's you will find a good selection of very good quality fresh flowers, different varieties from all over the world also a selection of silk flowers, and most sundry items associated with flowers including a large stock of plain and ornamental vases/pots. Our team of florists will provide a service second to none, with decades of experience for you to draw upon, and being members of Teleflorist, your perfect choice can be sent to all four corners of the globe, whilst you can be satisfied that you received good advice and value for your money.

Dave is our loyal and friendly van driver, and unlike others has become one of the team. Dave always has a story or joke to tell, but takes his job seriously. Dave understands the importance of delivering the flowers with the same care as was taken when preparing them. If you see him around and about, give him a smile and you�re guaranteed to get one in return.

Charlotte is a cherished member of the Country Fayre team, she does not just have floristry skills, caring goes in to her work. We were pleased that Charlotte agreed to join the team and fits in well. The picture is one of many arrangements that is created for a funeral tribute. This one was for a family who wanted to represent their loved ones hobbies at their funeral.

Ali is a florist who has hit the local papers twice, entering and winning in regional competitions. I have trained her up personally from washing the buckets to making the final tribute for a loved ones funeral. Ali is now in charge of a branch when i'm not there.

Jess is a people person she has excellent communication skills which helps you choose what you wish. Her floristry skills are excellent and personally trained by myself. Doing very well in my opnion and will go far in this industry she pushes herself to learn more every day and enjoys entering competions to better herself.

That's me. I'm the one who hires, fires and makes the tea! I am on the shop floor as much as possible, ordering and choosing all flowers personally, preparing orders and ensuring that the quality is consistent. I have worked as a florist since leaving school, and still enjoy it to this day. I really do believe we have the best florists, best driver and most of all I know we all do our very best to fulfil the needs of our customers.
