All delivery prices include VAT. One delivery charge will be applied to each separate address regardless of quantity of items purchased.
If the recipient is out we will try and leave the gift with a neighbour, if not the item(s) will be returned back to the shop. An absent recipient card is left at the delivery address to let them know to ring us, we will re-deliver at a convenient time to both the recipient and ourselves. Usually the same day. Otherwise collection is advised.
Sometimes unfortunately we are given the wrong address once the flowers have been created in to a display and we have delivered, we have the right to charge another delivery fee. If the correct address is not to far away we would gladly re-deliver free of charge. We would contact you if this rare event did occur
Country Fayre have the right to to keep 50% of the order value (if payment is collected) where delivery could not be completed due to continued absence of the recipient
